How do you handle medical emergencies?

All teachers are first-aid certified. We have a written emergency protocol and maintain a list of each child's medical history and emergency contacts. A nearby hospital is on speed dial.

My child is very shy — will they be okay?

Almost every child is anxious on the first day. We have a structured settling-in period (first 2 weeks) where parents can stay with the child for part of the session. Our teachers are trained in gentle separation techniques.

What should my child bring on the first day?
