- 7:00 – 8:30 AM Arrival & free play
- 8:30 – 10:00 AM Morning learning session (ToonDemy Learning Framework)
- 10:00 – 10:30 AM Snack time
- 10:30 – 12:00 PM Outdoor play / creative activity
- 12:00 – 1:30 PM Supervised rest
- 1:30 – 4:00 PM Afternoon activity — art, stories, sensory play
- 4:00 – 7:00 PM Free play, wind-down, pickup window

Staff ratio
1 teacher for every 8 children during daycare hours — no corner-cutting on supervision.
CCTV coverage
All classrooms and play areas are monitored. You can request footage if needed.
First-aid certified staff
Every daycare team member holds a valid first-aid certificate. We also maintain an emergency contact list and hospital on speed dial for each child.
Authorised pickup only
No child is released to anyone not on the registered authorised pickup list. No exceptions.
Our daycare staff are ToonDemy's own teachers — the same people your child sees every morning. This is not a separate team of carers. It is the same environment of trust, just extended.
